Brookline Real Estate

Brookline is one of the most coveted neighborhoods that lies just west outside of Boston. Located on the green line, it is complete with brick townhouses and brownstones that line Beacon Street and Commonwealth Avenue and an overall architecture that is an extension of what we see downtown in Boston’s South End, Back Bay and Beacon Hill neighborhoods. Add quieter neighborhoods streets, period single family homes with greenery and trees and you have the desirable Brookline.

Brookline Village, Coolidge Corner and Chestnut Hill are among some of the common points of interest in Brookline. Coolidge Corner is home to numerous cafes, shops and the popular Coolidge Corner Theater. In a similar offering, Brookline Village boasts even more of these types of retail establishments along Harvard Street. Chestnut Hill is home to some of the finest real estate with large and in many cases historic homes. Additional notable places in Brookline include The Larz Anderson Auto Museum, one of the oldest automobile museums in the country as well as The Country Club, commonly referred to as the golf club. This was the first country club in the United States created solely for outdoor activities.
